Shipping Costs & Times
We do our best to get every order out the door within 2-3 business days from receipt. Once we hand your package over to the carrier, it is up to the respective carrier to deliver it to you within their promised time. In the rare occasion when something does go wrong in transit, we will assist you in every possible way in tracking your package and getting it delivered to you within a reasonable time.

Shipping Policy
For your convenience, AllHeartKids.com ships most items to continental U.S. customers via DHL@Home Ground delivery service. This service utilizes both DHL and the US Postal Service for handling, and, depending on product availability, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service or DHL. All standard delivery packages can be tracked here or at www.dhl.com. All PO BOX addresses are also sent this type of service for delivery via the US Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Next day via DHL is available at an additional charge, e-mail customerserviceallheart.com for a quote with "Next Day Delivery Quote Request" in the subject line, but remember it will still take an additional business day to process your order. Exchange & Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received, just return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Laundered or embroidered garments are not returnable. All items must be in their original condition with tags. Unfortunately, original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, send your exchange with no additional shipping/processing charges.
